This place is well known among locals, but not widely known to tourists. That makes it a perfect hidden gem for those who want to experience authentic Japanese ramen culture.
The ramen I tried had a rich and clear broth, topped with tender slices of pork and a deep red spicy paste.
When mixed into the soup, the chili adds a strong but balanced flavor that enhances the overall taste.
The noodles were smooth and perfectly cooked, matching well with the broth.
Each bite felt satisfying and full of character.
